Shipping & Return

modihome.ca is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. It may happen that we close the shop for technical reasons. You can make purchases by email info@modihome.ca or wait for the store reopen and available.

Shipping 

Free shipping over $150 cad.

$12 flat rate shipping on orders under $100 cad. 

All Canadian orders placed with Modi Home are processed, packed and shipped by using Canada Post. No duties or additional taxes will be incurred after placing your order. 

Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs.

Return

The items must be returned in the original, re-sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns, that do not fulfil these criteria. 

In order to qualify for a return you must contact us at info@modihome.ca before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail. And we will give you specific instructions regarding your return.

Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
